Crunches Overload

Crunches are probably my favorite workout ever! I love them. I could do them everyday and I would pick them over anything else.
{If only doing  a million sets of crunches could give you some abs right?}

Luckily Tribesports came out with this new challenge this week!

6 types of crunches

They list how to do each exercise on the website. That is one of my favorite things about Tribesports, they make learning how to the exercise the right way easy. I think my favorite ab exercise is the bicycle crunch.

The challenge is actually to do 100 crunches a day for 2 weeks! Sounds easy enough?! Do it! (:

I just started taking CX Worx (a Les Mills class) at my gym and I love it! It’s primarily core work and it’s TOUGH.

Before I saw what your favorite was, I was thinking, “Bicycle crunches are my favorite out of those!” Haha!

I think I will try to do the challenge! Squeezing in extra ab work can never be a bad thing, right? :)
