At CrossFit I have a love hate relationship with some of the workouts. One of those is for sure the Kettlebell workouts. Afterwards though I feel awesome which is the whole point. Right? Right!
Well if you don’t participate in CrossFit you can still do some awesome workouts with the weights! Tribesports has JUST come out with one that I thought was awesome. So here it is:

Looooooooooooooove me some kettlebells! I use the Jillian Michaels Shred It With Weights video but I might try this routine out, too!
I heard Jillian Michaels workouts with the kettlebells are awesome. I didn’t start using them until CrossFit.
I need to use my kettlebell more! I really need more of a strength focus in general!
Sometimes they suck. but they always end up being a good workout!
I absolutely love kettle bells! They are so effectively constructed you can use them for strength, cardio, or both! I love warming up with kettle bell swings, doing goblet squats, and sometimes I throw mine in a backpack when I go on a long hike for some added resistance! Great post!

I have the Jillian Michael’s Kettlebell DVD but I don’t actually have any kettlebells haha so I didn’t love the workout. But I think if I had the right equipment I’d enjoy it!

Jillian’s workouts can be easily performed right in the comfort of home, even with limited space. You just need kettlebells. Jillian Michaels workouts are a powerful way to get rid of love handles fast. It is quick and brings fast results, making it perfect for those who are on a tight schedule.
