Last night was my last Boot Camp class. Well, maybe not my last but let me explain. About what feels like 6 months ago Steph and I bought this Living Social deal for 10 Boot Camp classes at a gym seriously a mile away from my house! Last night was our 10th class. Obviously we didn’t go crazy with them. We went together every time and with our schedules we were going like twice a month. I think its funny that at first we used to dread going and now we are like we don’t want to stop. We were really nervous after our first class.. it kicked our butts… and although it still kicks our butt we have learned to love it and our instructor that we used for 9 out of the 10 classes.
Yesterday was HOT… probably toooooo hot! I’ll take you through our workout since it was our last one.
Warmup:
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Squat Jumps
10 Pushups
Frog Jumps from one side to the gym to the other.
Short Loop (Probably about 1/4 Mile)
Circuit:1 Minute on 10 Second Rest
Tricep Dips
Kettlebell Swings
Ball Slams
Russian Twists
Quick Feet onto a Stepper
Thruster
1 Prowler (Down and Back)
Battling Ropes

Run around the building (I would say about 1/8 of a mile)
We did this 2 times until it looked like we were all about to pass out.
Ab Workout:
25 crunches holding a 5lb weight
25 your legs in the air reaching for your feet with a 5 lb weight
25 each side. keep your one leg straight bend the other one with your ankle resting on the knee of your other leg and crunch to the side of your bent leg.
25 VCrunch
10 Pushups
20 Stand feet together holding a 5 lb weight at your chest then do like a jumping jack but pressing the weight to the ceiling.
Repeat 3 times.
20 Second Burpees
10 Second Rest
Repeat 5 times
20 Second regular plank
20 Second on your hands plank
20 Second regular plank
20 Second right plank
20 Second left plank
60 Second regular plank.
Finished!
By the time that was over I was dead! So was the rest of the class even the buff guys.
I love this gym. I love the class. I love my instructor! The price though… doesn’t really work for me. It is $10/class or $100/Unlimited a month. {it doesn’t really fit in to the whole saving up for a wedding/house} Unfortunately they only do classes M-F at night and Sat Mornings. So I would only be able to go Monday, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Of course when nothing else is going on those nights. So I guess I will do the $10 when I’m in the mood to go or when it works in Steph and my schedules.
If you live in the area though and are looking for a good gym. I definitely recommend this place.

It is a great gym with great instructors that each offer different workouts. They work you hard, you are always sore the next day {in a good way} and they always have you coming back for more. I wish I could do the class more than 1 day a week. {maybe when I have a regular schedule one day?}

Okay…first – how did you remember all of that? Second, I wish Jess taught the Monday night class, then we could go Mondays and Tuesdays.
