I made another meal this week. Wait… what… back up… 2 meals in one week! That’s right! Earlier I made the Artisan Pizza Crust. Now I made Krafts Fresh Take. I must have been feeling adventurous two new products in one week. {or I just had some coupons for them, whichever}![]()
I got the southwest three cheese recipe. Have you guys used these yet? They are actually really neat!![]()
They come divided and when you open the top you also pull the divider apart in the middle. ![]()
The next thing you know they mix. How cool huh?! I was pretty impressed.
The instructions also come on the bag. ![]()
You heat the oven to 375. Mix the contents in the bag. Run the chicken {you can also use it with fish and turkey and probably anything} under water then stick it into the bag. Coat it and discard any extra.![]()
Then put it on a greased pan. Looking good already.![]()
Stick it in the oven. Chicken calls for 28-30 minutes. I put it in for 28 but my chicken was pretty thick so I stuck it in for 8 more minutes. ![]()
I paired it up with some green beans and sweet mashed potatoes {love those things}. I thought the chicken was pretty good. If I had to give it a grade I would give it a B. Eric gave it a B-.
Question: Have you tried this product yet? What did you think?
Lets end this post with a cute little picture. Remember when I got this at the Phillies Game a couple of months ago? Well I found it while cleaning and Hunter looked like a little Travis Lee. (:
