You may remember a couple of days ago I became a FitFluential Ambassador. If you’re unsure of what FitFluential is, this is how they describe it on their website:

“FitFluential is a nationwide network of highly influential fitness enthusiasts sharing their journey both online and offline through multiple social media platforms. Founded in April of 2011 by Kelly Olexa, FitFluential was designed to connect health and wellness brands with their ideal target market through customized, long-term experiential and contextual marketing campaigns.”

You don’t have to be a blogger to be a part of FitFluential; anyone can join!

I have seen on some other FitFluential Ambassador blogs that they made a FitFluential Bucket List on Pinterest filled with things they want to do one day in the fitness world! Well today I decided to start one! You can go to my pinterest to see all of them but I’m going to share 3 with you that I have been reallyyyy wanting to do for awhile now!

1. Try Bikram Yoga.

I found a place near where I live that does Bikram Yoga… or another name for it Hot Yoga. I never really got into the whole Yoga scene. I find it boring. I’d rather be moving and working up a sweat then holding a pose. I do however know that Yoga is very good for you and relaxing. So I want to try Bikram Yoga to see if I like it. In magazines I read how celebrities loveee it because it just makes you sweat and sweat and sweat! Perfect!

2. Run a Sprint Triathlon

I know that a straight triathlon… again would bore me… {gosh what doesn’t right?} But a sprint triathlon… now that makes all the sense in the world! Ever since Eric and I started dating we have talked about completing one some day! I feel like a triathlon is the ultimate training. You are using every muscle in your body in different ways.
What exactly is a Sprint Triathlon you might be wondering… Well here it is: 0.47 mi swim, 12 mi bike, and a 3.1 mi run. I did a little one of these in college and when I say little I mean little so I would love to complete the whole thing {in sprint form}. My biggest fear with this though is the swimming. I’m not a strong swimmer so it would be something I would need to train the most for but swimming in a body of water with no sides to hold on to will probably freak me out. There would be no stopping and catching your breath. {Unless I find one at a pool}

3. Run a 10 K

I never thought I’d say that one. 5K was good enough for me but ever since I did the MuckRuckus Run that was a 10K mud run I just want to dive right on in and just do a 10K. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be but that could’ve been because my adrenaline was pumpin after every obstacle. I think a 10K though is definitely the highest I would ever want to go. I get bored running. I don’t really like the idea of running for hours. Since a 10K is 6.2 that means in a perfect world I would finish it in about 1 hour. {a little faster than a 10 minute mile} That is definitely long enough. The one thing I am scared of is after I run this will I want to go for a half marathon… haha doubtful! but I think if I keep training a 10K is definitely realistic!

Don’t forget to check out the rest of my FitFluential Bucket List. It is a work in progress but I’m glad I started one! Makes me put my goals in perspective!

I have been having so much fun adding to my fitness bucket list! I am thinking big too, like a run with Bart Yasso or a hike with Jillian Michaels!
