It’s Wednesday and I had some different eats yesterday so I thought I would participate this week! (: Plus a recipe comes at the end that you will want to check out!
Breakfast:![]()
Breakfast was my usual. Chobani Vanilla Chocolate Chunk… banana… and some health nut mix that I got from my foodie penpal with some blueberry coffee.
Snack:![]()
I had a couple of these Peanut Butter Apple cookies One before lunch… the other after lunch… they are addicting! If you haven’t checked out the recipe yet you definitely should.
Lunch:![]()
For lunch I tried something new. I wanted to do something with my apples since I still have about 8 pounds left haha. So I turned to Pinterest and found this cute little recipe. ![]()
Apple Peanut Butter with granola in the middle sandwich. It was pretty easy. Decore the apple cut it in pieces put peanut butter on each side some granola on one of them and then sandwich them together. It was delicious. A lot better than a ham and cheese on bread.
Insert second Peanut Butter Apple Cookie here.

My dad cooks sometimes. When I was younger he would always make us cream of wheat in the winter. So good! Just add some sugar and milk and it tasted like Magic
