Well running and rowing to get heart rate up, I usually throw in some intervals on those machines at the gym in between other exercises.

I used to hate rowing but now i’m getting used to it. I try to do that land exactly on 100m thing. It is the perfect interval to get your heart rate up!

I normally just hit the treadmill or sidewalk for a run to get my heart rate up. :)

Love that this isn’t a complicated workout and requires no equipment, but gets your heart rate up there!

I loved it!!! It was tough and got my heart pumping!! The hardest part for me was going from burpees straight into push ups, but I love workouts that start with jumping jacks (they just get me in the mood!).
