I didn’t get the chance to tell you about my workouts from last week so I thought I would give you the quick version today.

Monday: Rest Day.. well Eric and I did have dance lessons.
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: CrossFit (got a 100# PR Power Clean)
Thursday: CrossFit (Got a 100# PR Bench Press)
Friday: CrossFit
Saturday: CrossFit
Sunday: Rest Day

Today’s Tone it UP Tuesday post comes from the handy dandy workout website Tribesports.  

Tribesports is celebrating RUNNING this month with the Boston and London Marathons coming up! To become a better runner it takes more than just running, you need to work the rest of your body too and that includes core strength.

Therefore, Tribesports came up with this core challenge!

The Core Challenge 
I know I have to work my core right now. It is time to get ready for that bathing suit weather!
