I didn’t get the chance to tell you about my workouts from last week so I thought I would give you the quick version today.
Monday: Rest Day.. well Eric and I did have dance lessons.
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: CrossFit (got a 100# PR Power Clean)
Thursday: CrossFit (Got a 100# PR Bench Press)
Sunday: Rest Day
