I got one of the boxes early to try out and share with all of you! Inside there is a lot of yummy products {6 different ones to be exact!}

Lets go one by one shall we!
1. Hydroxycut Gummies. I tried the gummies they are pretty yummy! They are berry flavored. I’m glad some companies have come out with gummies and not pills because well I can’t take pills so gummies are easier to eat and tastier! You are supposed to take 2 of these 30 minutes before you eat your 3 main meals and you aren’t supposed to snack in between.
2. Hyper Shred. These are capsules. I haven’t tried them but they are supposed to give you energy while helping with mental focus, weight loss and fat burning. You should take 1 of the capsules on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before you eat. You can wait 4-5 hours and if things are okay take another one.
3. Twinlab Endurance Fuel. I got two of these in my box. It is a powder you are supposed to mix with 20 oz of cold water. You can drink it before, during and after exercising. If you take it before you exercise it is supposed to protect your muscles during exercise. If you drink it during, it is supposed to release energy faster to help you finish strong. If you drink it after it helps with muscle recovery. The flavor I got in my box is Citrus Burst.
4. Dukan Diet Oat Bran Bars. I got a box of 6 coconut almond with stevia bars. Eating one of these for a snack is not only healthy but the oat bran makes you feel full, is a good source of fiber and aids digestion. At only 90 calories it is a pretty tasty snack!
5. Kind Bars. I love Kind bars. I was really excited to see them inside the box. I got two flavors: Almond and Coconut and Cranberry Almond. I took them as snacks this week to work and they were perfect! These bars are all natural, gluten/wheat free, no trans fat and dairy/cholesterol free! Super yummy and super good for you!
6. Warrior Blend Raw Protein. I got the Vanilla Flavor. This is another powder. You mix the packet with 8-10 oz of water, almond milk, coconut milk or your favorite beverage. It mixes well in shakes, smoothies and other beverages. The protein mix is supposed to help build muscle, manage weight, curb appetite, raise metabolism and boost energy levels.

I love these subscription boxes! They always bring awareness to products I never heard before that I can now try to help with my workouts or daily life! I think Vitacost has the right idea here on what they are putting in their boxes. I’m so happy I got the chance to share this with you and I hope you take advantage of this awesome companies new idea that don’t forget begins TOMORROW! Just go to Vitacost.com and sign up!

Vitacost rocks my socks off BUT… I like to purchase individual products only because I don’t use all of the products that come in the box! If I could make my own box, THAT WOULD BE AMAZING AND I WOULD BE A SLAVE TO VITACOST! LOL! ;) However, this is a great idea for those who DO use all of these products!
