Remember when I told you that I won $250 off of a caterer after attending a bridal show last month??? Well I finally met with them this week!

It was such a great meeting. Steph and I went and we sat down with the guy in charge. This company seriously does EVERYTHING. They set up, they feed our guests, they bartend and they even clean up! Perfect! This is definitely what I need because honestly on the big day I don’t want to have to set up or cleanup afterwards!

The first thing we did was go through what our day would look like with them. We will drop off our favors and center pieces with them. The day of they will set everything up with table cloths, napkins, etc. Everything we need.

Our dinner will be a sit down. One of the things I loved about this place is that the sit down and the buffet are the same price! I haven’t seen that anywhere else. That is just fantastic!

They will serve everyone the same meal that includes 2 meats, 2 veggies and one starch. I also have appetizers galore!

Once we came up with our plan the man in charge went into the back to calculate it all up. During that time he bought us lunch. {This caterer is also a deli} Steph and I both thought that was super nice. It didn’t stop there though!

He sent us home with two dinners to try ON the china that will be used at the wedding as well as a goodie box filled with yummy foods from their deli! I mean seriously these people were AWESOME!

After he was done figuring out the price with discounts and my $250 off, he showed it to us and I was so surprise! It was thousands of dollars less than what I budgeted! What a great day! I am getting everything I want. Eric loved all of the food I picked and it is all under budget!

If you are getting married in the York County, PA area I definitely recommend these people!  So far them have been marvelous and I can’t wait to book with them for my big day!

Questions: Did you have a good relationship with your caterer? If you aren’t married, what are qualities and actions you hope your caterer offers/has?

PS: Check out the guest post I did on Steph’s Blog. It shares what I thought of the Bridal Shows I went to!

That’s so exciting that they came in under budget! More $$$ for other stuff! Our caterer was definitely our biggest expense but the food was delicious so it was worth it!
