First thing first I have to start by saying Happy Birthday to my boy Hunter! (: Today he turns 1. Don’t worry a post will be coming your way later today on all things Hunter!
Now to WIAW
Breakfast: The usual. Banana Chobani Greek Yogurt this time with a banana and some chocolate granola! With a side of Blueberry Coffee.
Snack #1: Pear Chobani Greek Yogurt. I’ve been loving the new flavors if you can’t tell.
Lunch: Meatball Sandwich. Funny story with this one. I made these in the CrockPot on Sunday. I put them in early in the morning so that they would be ready for lunch. I went back in around 1:30pm to make a sandwich and they were still cold! I forgot to plug in the crockpot! I even turned the little dial to High. Fail! Needless to say I had to have them for dinner which wasn’t a big deal but complete complete fail!
Snack #2: Cookie. My mom got these from the store this week. They were buy one get one free. Can’t really go wrong there. So our cookie kick keeps going.
Dinner: Sweet Potato with some Almond Butter! Yum. Always a favorite during the week.
