Today is WIAW! Woot Woot! If you don’t know much about it head over to Peas and Crayons for more details.
This week she introduced

Todays eats that I am going to share with you is actually what I ate on Monday!
 
Breakfast:

Oatmeal with Strawberry Chobani and blueberries. Yum! I love this mix. So delicious. If you haven’t tried it yet since seeing it on my blog {haha} you should definitely get on it! (:
 
Lunch: This is where my snacking comes into place.
I started with an apple

Then a granola bar

and finally more Chobani Yogurt with some banana nut granola on top… {duh}

Dinner was delicoussssss!

IMG_1469Eric made some chicken on the grill and we topped it off with some tastefully simple honey apple sauce that I bought at Relay.  {which was really good} Some veggies on the side and of course half of a sweet potato with peanut butter. Honestly I never again want a sweet potato plain! The peanut butter on top is just that amazing!

Instead of a sweet potato for Eric {I don’t know how you can not like them… but whatever more for me right?} I made him some healthy mac and cheese! {Remember we are eating super good this week before our Mud Run on Sunday… that means no sweets and no easy mac}

Here is a picture of that mac and cheese it was good and of course it used CHOBANI! Gosh am I just a walking advertisement or what? I am just so in love with that yogurt these days! For as much as I eat it I’ll probably get sick of it one day… But lets hope not! (:
I didn’t have time to take pictures of the recipe process for this bad boy but I got it from pinterest so head over to my board {under side dishes} and check it out! (:
