12 - 1
I couldn’t help but dig right on in to these bad boys the minute I got the package
12 - 6
My mom and I loved them!
Here is some info on what makes Wild Harvest so great!
”Wild Harvest organic and natural products are created with one thing in mind; food that is natural and delicious. We also believe that organic foods should be affordable and we are committed to ensuring our prices are 10% lower than other organic brands.”
Healthy and Affordable food… PERFECT!

The point of the Wild Harvest Breakfast Showdown is to pick at least 3 of the things that they sent to me and use it to make a breakfast food. The winner gets $500 dollars to spend at a SUPERVALU and your breakfast will be served to the attendees at the Summit! (:

It took me awhile to decide what to make and what products to use but I finally decided on Granola Bars. I have never made them before so I was a little cautious but I put a whole bunch of yumminess together and created amazingness! Here we go:
12 - 5
I picked the Granola, Applesauce, Peanut Butter, and Raisins. {Thats right.. over achiever right here picking 4 instead of 3.}

Ingredients:
2 Cups Wild Harvest Natural Cherry Vanilla Granola
1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Wild Harvest Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
3T Honey
1 Egg White
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1/3 Cup Wild Harvest Organic Apple Sauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Handfuls of Wild Harvest Organic California Raisins

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.
Grease 9×13 inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix together Wild Harvest Natural Cherry Vanilla Granola, Brown Sugar, Flour and Salt.
12 - 8
Make a well in the center. Add Wild Harvest Organic Apple Sauce, Honey, Egg White, Wild Harvest Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, Vanilla Extract, Wild Harvest Organic California Raisins, and Canola Oil.
12 - 9
Mix with your hands.
Pat the mixture into the greased pan.
12 - 10
Bake for 23 minutes until the ends turn golden at the edge.
12 - 4
Let cool for 5 minutes then dig right in!
12 - 1 (1)
Let me tell you they are delicious! I’m so glad I made them. I always eat 1 or 2 granola bars a day and now that I know a quick and easy way to make them I won’t be buying them anymore! (:

Go ahead and buy some Wild Harvest products and make some Healthy Granola Bars!
Then let the dogs clean up!
12 - 3
Harleyyy loves peanut butter. Hunter on the other hand won’t touch it… I think it is because when they give him a shot at the vet they use peanut butter to distract him so whenever he sees and smells it he thinks “ouch ouch ouch”.

How long did it take before you got your items from Wild Harvest? I registered about a week and a half ago and wondered how long before they would send my goodies :) I really want to try them.
